Chest Workout

Are you ready for an awesome chest workout? These 5 exercises left my arms feeling like fire so I wanted to share it with you all too!

I’ve been really focused on lifting heavier and giving more in all my workouts lately and I’m already starting to visibly see some differences in the way my muscles are looking! Combined with an overall better diet where I’ve actually been consuming a couple hundred more calories daily than I’m used to, I’ve dropped 9lbs and who knows how many inches overall since New Years! My clothes are fitting more loosely, even my workout leggings, and I’ve had to size down to a Small in most of my favorite brands. I’m closer and closer every day to reaching my goals and I can’t wait to share my journey with you all. The real, the raw, the honest truth…every step of the way.

My biggest advice for when you’re trying to increase your weights is make sure you get the correct form down before you focus on doing every single rep! It’s better to do 4 reps with the correct form than it is to complete all your reps without the correct form! That could just be an injury waiting to happen. Always practice proper form!


Flat Bench Press – 5 sets of 5 (heavy): I used 25lb plates on either side of the bar.

Incline Dumbbell Press – 4 sets of 10: I used 20lb dumbbells

Chest Dips- 5 sets of 12: I failed miserably lol

Hi to Low Cable Flies- superset 12, 12, 10, 10, 8: I used 20lbs for my sets of 12 and 30lbs for the rest.

Standing Plate Press- 4 sets of 10: my first set I used a 25lb plate but it was too heavy so I went down to a 10lb plate which was too light but there was no in between so I did 15 reps each set instead of 10.




Leg Raises – 8 sets of 30 (This exercise will have your abs AND your legs absolutely on fire.)


30 minutes on the Stairmaster (I generally do this between levels 6-12, increasing and decreasing levels throughout the half hour.)
